Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit your Order History to confirm the item is within the return window and select the specific device or accessory you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Item

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
